Working with Adam (my salesperson) has been good for 2 years now. I could have gone with another company last year for my 17 year old porch repair but Adam seemed knowledgeable & trustworthy. However, less than a year after the repair, I had to spend tons of money to remove wildlife from underneath the porch for the first time ever in 18 years. The animals ate off the foam used to seal up the porch this last to time. So, once all critters were removed I contacted Adam to have the porch sealed properly under my warranty. I must say that initially I was concerned that his Company might not honor my warranty as people kept quoting me what my contract stated & it didn’t appear that my porch would be properly sealed protecting us form further critters taking up residence. I was t trying to get anyone to work for free but just get my porch sealed. As an elderly homeowner, I’d reached out to local organizations regarding possible solutions to get the porch fixed. Thankfully, Adam and one of the owners stood behind the warranty, honoring it completing the work, going above and beyond! Thus, no complaints were filed instead I’m writing this review regarding how these hard working, honest fellows gave me piece of mind again. Adam, Alberto, Tommy & Ferris took care of the porch in less than half a day, going above & beyond. In fact, when leaving on of them said “Now you can sleep at night”! Yes! Thank you Adam et al!

Incredibly happy with the entire process from start to finish. Initially, we were looking to use and move existing pavers to fill in a different space. We also asked about adding more to our existing to fill in a larger area. Adam, the sales guy, listened and offered very thoughtful solutions. We went with the solution to get new pavers. It transformed the space. I have shared before and after photos. The crew was great. They worked hard and were all very friendly. Even my neighbors commented on how well they cleaned up after they were done.

Absolutely amazing work. Quoted on a Thursday, came out the next day on a Friday to complete the job. Had brickwork on a porch done and they saw my steps to the porch were crooked and fixed those for free. Adam is the project manager that assisted us and I would highly recommend him. When he came out to quote he was extremely transparent and the best part is that I called another company and they told me to go with Adam because no one will beat the price for the work they put in.

Couple of months ago the It's the Brick Guys came out to quote us a chimney repair not only that they where able to help us get the pricing in range for our budget and return the next day to do the repairs.

The workers where professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Only issue we had was they forgot to put the rain cap on when they where complete.

When the owners brother returned to collect the payment. He was able to bring the rain cover and install it.

Over all we have very satisfied with work and the company. We look forward to having them return for anymore masonry projects around the house.

We needed some tuck pointing done. I had the job quoted on a Friday and just a week later the work was done. They went above and beyond and did a beautiful job. You can't even tell the new mortar from the original and that's the best compliment in the world for a job like that. Their prices were very reasonable too.

Part of crew set up scaffolding to work on rebuilding chimney, another part of crew worked on replacing our brick porch which was all completed in 1day. Another part of crew worked on our driveway brick walkway which was finished on 2nd day. Everything was power washed and totally cleaned up upon completion! Crew Foreman was always onsite during work being done. Owner, Tariq, is an absolute pleasure to work with! He automatically provided proof of insurance before we even decided to hire them. He inspected the entire house and garage and found other issues that we didn’t even know about. These existing problems needed to be repaired before more extensive work would be needed. He is extremely personable and professional working with us to give excellent pricing, quality work, and went above and beyond in many ways!! My mother owns a 110-year-old home that has two stucco chimneys. One of the chimneys had a few cracks in the stucco, while the other one was in really rough shape. We were having a hard time finding anyone in metro Detroit who works on stucco chimneys—a lot of chimney companies don't do stucco, and a lot of stucco companies don't do chimneys. But then we called It's the Brick Guys and talked to Adam. He came to the house and was very friendly and easy to talk to. He did an assessment of what needed to be done to the chimneys and gave Mom a great deal.

A few weeks later, two very hard-working guys came out and put new stucco on both chimneys, painted them, and added new caps. They made the chimneys look brand new while preserving their unique historic designs.

Mom and I are very pleased with the results. We are planning to have It's the Brick Guys repair her front porch sometime in the near future, probably next spring.

Replaced my porch, steps, and damaged brick adjacent to porch. Also tuckpointing of the interior courtyard of patio. Crew was efficient, professional and courteous. We needed tuck pointing on our 65 year old home and brick repair. We contacted It's the Brick Guys!.
Adam came out to our home, and we showed him the areas of concern. He, with his experience and expert eye, identified some other things too.
A couple of days later, the crew arrived on time! The Forman, the crew, and we talked. They got right to work, like little bees all over the house. They worked steady all day long.
Above the dining room. Three courses of brick were replaced with closely matched brick. Above our doorwall, the brick was black with char and tar from being a fireplace at one time. They resoldiered the brick and replaced others. The chimney cap was cracked, broken, and ugly. Now it's clean, fresh and beautiful! Also, along the driveway and house? We had it caulked to prevent water penetration. Now, we're ready to move on to roofing, trim, and painting. The crew did a beautiful job, and we truly appreciate them. When they finished the job, clean up was like it didn't happen!

What a great experience with this company. We had a brick support post/arch rebuilt along with a concrete porch & sidewalk replaced with pavers. After receiving the quote, the crew came out within days and completed all the work quickly and efficiently. Excellent quality. We recently had “It’s The Brick Guys” do repair work on our chimney. They also replaced damaged bricks around the house. Everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. I needed major brick repair to my home. The Brick Guys, was 1 of the companys i called. After speaking with the sales reps, Tareck of, "The Brick Guys", was the best in explaining details of what the job would intel, pricing and timely to start. I'm so happy i chose The Brick Guys. They got to me right away, the service was completed in a timely manner. They were there eveyday on time doing a complete 8 hours. Everyday, the area was neat and clean, all debri was removed and the professionalism was phenomenal. No smoking, messing around, it was all work, until the job was complete. I was more than satisfied with the finished product. And let me mention, the job turned out to be more then what was quoted. 25yo house project in Novi. Great experience with Rasheed and Taric. Rasheed came out and quoted us for a chimney rebuild (top 20 rows) and to rebuild some brick patio steps that were done incorrectly by a landscaper and had slowly spread apart. First, great price. We quoted two other well-rated companies, and Taric beat them both. Second, they didn't bad mouth other companies or employ high-pressure tactics. They said they could do both for x price, and they did.
Third, when we scheduled, they came out quickly. Rain was in the forecast for the next morning, so I asked if they could cover the new masonry, which meant leaving their scaffolding. No problem, no pushback.

Rasheed found a great brick match, and the chimney looks fantastic. He couldn't match the pink brick on the older steps but found a decent match in a slate color. Highly recommend.

Hugeeee shoutout to It’s The Brick Guys. I reached out to a “small company” and got strung along for weeks, ultimately getting scammed out of money. I immediately reached out to It’s The Brick Guys at almost 9 at night and Tarek came out the next day. We were able to seal the deal in less than 30 minutes! He was professional and made me (& MY MONEY) feel safe. They came out and finished my patio in a day and a half. Great company! Had another company drag out the repair of our brick paver patio from last summer to spring of 2023. Had several new estimates and even though
